One refers to the receptiveness of water of an air mass as air humidity. This depends strongly on the temperature. Here there are more precise evaluations.
The air pressure indicates, as strongly the air column above a defined surface onto the face presses. There are evaluations here.
Usually the wind speed is measured in a level of 10 m above ground on a free face. These measured values are determined, however, only in a height of 5 m. The direction is indicated in degree.
